FaceTime Insight is an easy-to-use Windows server-based software application that installs in a few simple steps. Managed through a secure, Web-based interface, FaceTime Insight assimilates data from FaceTime USGs at either a single site or multiple locations to provide trending and compliance reports over extended periods of time. FaceTime Insight ships pre-populated with a large library of both summary and detail reports and charts commonly used in network environments today, alongside an intuitive report creation wizard that clearly identifies the filters and options available. Role-based access enables delegated reporting so that administrators are able to generate reports across all supported USGs for all users or just local reports for a specific set of groups or users. Multi-dimensional tree mapping and an advanced reporting infrastructure relationship deliver an innovative solution that provides granular visibility to Web 2.0 usage and ultimately greater control of the network environment.
